Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Guardindicate Heating & Air wants everyone to be able to use guardindicate.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as we can reach. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Organize pages with clear headings and a logical order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@guardindicate.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@guardindicate.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
Tell us what happened
