Guardindicate Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work, and we are not part of any deal you make with a provider.

They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We also make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written estimate.
